Application Suggestion: (I haven't seen this brought up in many pages so I wanted to bring it up again.)
On the AirlineApps form, when you are filling out the various 'Duties' and 'Achievements' boxes, most expand when review/printed (to a limit). I suggest using Word/Pages/Other to type out and save everything that you want to put in a box, maximizing the use of spell/grammar check.
Copy and paste it into the AirlineApp and make sure you 'update' that page.
At the end of the app, use the review/print function and see where the text is cut off (there is no indication in the form that you've exceeded the maximum character count).
When I did this, I went back to Word and saw where this cutoff occurred and edited the entry, maximizing what I thought was important (key-words/concepts).
Remember: Spell-check/grammar-check isn't perfect. It cannot tell if you wanted to say 'their', 'there' or 'they're'. It is crucial to get many, MANY, MANY eyes reviewing your app. Don't be too 'type-A' and think you can do it on your own. After you've looked at your own application 60, 70, 100 times, you will gloss over something that might stand out to someone else.

Do you think they would send out the confirmation email to your sponsor if they couldn't locate you in airline apps?

sorry, the end of the day was crazy and everybody split. I wasn't able to gather much. It seemed like one guy had a hard time in the panel. Unsure of the breakdown but our 16 were about have civ half mil. I think the three folks today we're all civ guys but not positive. After going through today I am amazed that some folks are able to catalogue their groups so well. Everybody is wearing the same thing. Several of us introduced ourselves to each other three times before we figured out who we were talking to. There is a lot going through your mind.

+1 from what 4Fans said. 13/16. A very impressive process to say the least. The testing was no joke. Not sure about the bro's that didn't get the nod, but it sure hurt seeing them at the end. I was pulling for a 16/16, but today it wasn't to be.
