Ummm, you talking to Delta1067 or me? I don't think he's a flow. If aimed at me, you're overreacting a bit. You'll notice I made absolutely no judgements and purposely omitted the gender of the person because I didn't want to open that can of worms - especially considering the fact that I flowed. I was just answering the question of whether the 2300TT for a non-mil hire was an accurate number.

Let's not pick on the flows. The company chose to take them by choosing to honor the flow (in order to not have to park lots of large RJ's but still). They knew who they were taking and they decided to take them.
Its fine to hate on flow through programs, preferential "reverse discrimination" or any secret "vault letter" but once a pilot is on our list they are RMFD all day long. Period.

Did you?
Starting trouble? If anything I'm trying to diffuse trouble. He essentially tried to say flows better shut their pie holes about any and every other type of "non standard" pathway to getting on the list. IMO that is not fair at all. For example, doesn't an 5-10K hour flow with thousands of hours as 121 turbine PIC have the right to question the fairness of a program of sanctioned preference whereby someone gets on after just a year or two in the right seat just because they got a type rating in school?
My point stands. Once on the list, however they get on the list, they are RD all day long and have just as much right to scrutinize any method of entry onto that list as anyone else.
