Yes, list all jobs including the ones in high school. You want to build a picture about who you are as a candidate. Maybe the reason why you had a 2.8 GPA during college is you had to pay your own way through school. The recruiters will never know that unless you put them down on your application.
If anybody has a question about their app send me a PM or email. Good luck.

The good news is that I graduated in 3 years with a double major, research award and a physical science degree which is very useful in aviation.
I had to graduate in 3 years so I could pay for flight training. I was taking 20-25 credits per semester and during one semester I tanked as a family member was terminally ill. Out of my 6 semesters, all but one had a GPA of 3.4 or so.
How can I explain (on my app) this situation so I can reduce the negatively of the 2.9?

I have a question. Aside from a very competitive application, my college GPA was 2.9. I believe this is a significant problem with Delta.

We've worked with plenty who had worse GPA's than 2.9..

I was offered a CJO with a 2.9 GPA from a small private school. I took a full semester off to attend military training and still finished in 4yrs, thus my GPA suffered a little while I took 20 credit semesters to finish "on time" and not go further into debt. Again I think they look at the big picture. If you can justify it then it's probably not going to be an issue.

Definitely applying consistently for 7 years, having 7 type ratings, NCAA Division 1 full athletic scholarship while flight instructing, graduating in 3 years, Masters in 1.5 years with a 4.0, Regionals, Atlas, Military Heavy Aircraft Commander, having every civilian flight and ground rating, never failed a checkride and USAF pilot training distinguished graduate definitely helped...or maybe that the first entry in my prestine logbook was when I was 9 at my family's flight school...
