AeroCrew Solutions posted somewhere, possibly this thread, about what Delta currently desires. I won't best the horse again, but one's aviation qualifications are but one variable in the cryptic equation.
If you want us to take a look at your application, you can schedule a review online through our website. We will look at your Airline Apps and Pilot Credentials applications.

Education history is huge at Delta. GPA, where did you go to school, and degree major are part of the scoring matrix. Delta is looking for leadership positions (high school, college, current/past jobs). Delta is also looking at volunteer/community service.

Google "Delta's Rules of the Road." Try to live your life/career according to this document.

Last thing to remember is to be patient. The application pool is so competitive right now. We have some great pilots coming in to interview. I can guarantee you will have the chance to interview one day if you qualify.

Are we hiring many with just 1500 hours? Imho, in this stage of the hiring that is a little low, military or not.

ex. Once per month?

I have two of my closest friends hired with 1500 TT a year ago. All Military Heavy co pilot time. No tpic.

How does a mil heavy driver get to 1500TT without upgrading?

Poor performance. How do they get hired at Delta with poor performance? I think it's easy to figure out.

Just got an invite to interview. Was expecting the email to only arrive many moons from now. I had read sometime ago that the interview format (or maybe the content?) had changed a bit.
If anybody can share some fresh Intel, it would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you post this in the Poolie thread. Those guys are the most recent interviewees. Best Intel probably.
