Take this for what you paid for it, but heard that SD said in a meeting with the new hire mentors that they need at least 700 this year, although they will not publicly announce any more than the 300 authorized.

The most recent # I've heard, from a decently reliable source, is ~800 hired at DL from 1/1/14 through April 2015. Then it is planned to go at about 600/yr indefinitely. Nothing set in stone though, and probably won't be announced but rather just continue beyond the original announcement of 300.

is it going to be around 50 percent flow through as well? That's sort of what most of us are gauging as the bottom line for movement, is how many actual street hires, not flows, since we cant compete with flows. so 300 off the street?
