I think there's a few military folks that couldn't get released off active duty in time, or their commanders wouldn't let them start leave or ptdy to come to indoc, I know we had a deferral from our class for that reason but he'll make a future class. Because there were no interviews in April, the pool dried up very quickly, and with interviews only going on 3 days a week at the time they probably just didn't have anyone with availability and time to get background checks done, PRIA, etc. now that interviews are going to 12 applicants per day, this shouldn't be an issue going forward.

That sounds about right. The 7/21 class was rumored to have 50 people in it and believe it or not they couldn't fill it. So now its I think 45 or 46. The logistics of 50 in each class made things difficult so theyre going to 3 classes of roughly 30 in each class starting 8/4. I would think the calls going out 1 month in advance are about as tight as it can get to give people a chance to get their stuff in order. I was called 5 weeks prior to class and I still found myself scrambling to get ready, especially if you plan on flying out your schedule with your current airline, youre going to be slammed.
Sounds encouraging. 90/mos.

I asked about it before I left Atlanta and it was still being finalized. Apparently when a class has compass holdbacks in it, they release the drop early for coordination. The 7/21 class has no compass holdbacks in it, so they'll get it on day 1.
