Thanks for posting this. I deferred this class, can't decide if it is good or bad that I'd likely have gotten the 7ER to NYC. Question to those who have recently hit the line after getting a NYC 7ER, were you at least able to get to ATL (if you preferred that over NYC) by the time you finished class or were you stuck in NYC?
I've meet a pilot who avoided furlough by 3 pilots. Other people in his class were out for 3 years. With the movement coming up any aircraft is a good one and once your 1 year seat lock is up you will have a better picture of where you want to be.

I advise against taking pictures of any Delta proprietary stuff (or even anything from the GO) and posting it on a public web board. Especially when you're on probation and it's easy to trace who took the pic. Recommend you delete it.

Deferring class dates are always bad. Im sure you have a valid reason but thats 30 # senior you could have been.

I had no desire to defer, but I only had so much leave based upon my retirement date. I could've done some creative leave accounting to make it happen, but I didn't think it was worth culminating a 21 year career with a fraud investigation. It'll be 60 numbers since I had to defer 15 September as well.

I thought there was a 15 September class due to a posting I saw another user make, I assumed I was never called for it since Andy took the note that I wasn't available until after the 22nd. I could've swore I saw somebody who posted they had gotten 15 September. but I hope I'm wrong, that saves me 30 line numbers
