Thanks. But I'm dead yet but the spreadsheet is. Mike from MT was the true mastermind behind it and should be given most of the credit. See you in Atlanta

I'm not very smart on the Compass flow. My understanding is their seniority is established earlier, and their aircraft and base is already assigned.

They are exactly like OTS hires when it comes to seniority, they use last 4. The difference is their date of hire is months earlier than the OTS people, I don't know when they originally picked, and I'm pretty sure 100% of them had already AE bid to ATL if they didn't have it to start. Their aircraft were mostly 320s, 737s, and MD88s, I don't think I saw any 717s or 7ERs but I could be wrong since I didn't look at every name plate.

16 aircraft, the 737 was gone on the 8th pick, the 7ER was picked 10th, the MD88s made it to 13, and the last 3 got NYC 717s.

That's a miniscule sacrifice to uphold the system we have. What if he's on trial one day? I bet he'd want the best jury pool he could get instead of many of his like minded peers scamming to "get out of it".

I don't care how much it costs to do it, its cheaper than the alternative, and lower than low to try to get out of it. It is truly one of the highest calls to service and one of the heaviest obligations in our society. Scamming to get out of it is lower than draft dodging.
