Question on seniority number... Does hire date come into play at all, or is it solely based on last four? For example, if there's a class with 1 Jan and 2 Jan hires, and the 1 Jan's last four is 0000, and theres a 2 Jan hire with a last four of 9999, does the 1 Jan person get a higher seniority number than the 2 Jan person? Or is it just based on last four? Thanks!

So if it was a class of 100 OTS people and I have a low social security number I might as well have interviewed a month later? The people that interview after me jump the line??
That doesn't seem to make much sense...

in your indoc class, yes. but you will be called to be put in class before the people that interviewed after you.
