It's just business, not a threat. But if this makes it out to the pilots, there will be a recallapolooza happening in every LEC.
Not happening for a very good and valid reason. This board represents the minority. Nothing plausible here can and will garner support. The majority of pilots are pragmatic and unemotional thinkers, unlike here. This is an echo chamber for the minority to vent and espouse irrational positions that are far detached from reality. The majority of pilots can do math, unlike here. TVM is an understood concept, rejected here. The majority understands the process of section 6 negotiations, lost in ignorance here.

Step out of the bubble.

Curious what they say it is.

Depends. Will the company be profitable over that time period?

I accept TVM within reason.

I reject deep, layered and expensive concessions especially on scope. The JV concession alone is completely unreasonable.

If you want to make this about TVM, come up with the net added value of this TA per year and add that to our current rates and leave everything else alone. That would, by definition, be the same cost to the company. You'd support that approach, wouldn't you?

I just texted my rep to let him know how shocked I was to see all of the concessions in this TA. Please call/text/email yours TODAY if you feel the same. We have six months to go, there is no way that this POS cannot be improved with some more time at the table.

Please call or text your reps today, right now, before it's too late! Make your voice heard, send this turd back to the table.

Thank you. I think that, not 100%, but most of the Captains feel the way you do. There are obviously some Captains and FOs that are willing to reduce the quality of life of others for what, I don't know.

Just saying what needs to be said.

He wouldn't. He's not a DAL pilot.

Sure. That assumes this is a one-way negotiation. In my world I realize that we are negotiating, not demanding. The company has there wants and demands just like we do. There going to get some of their requirements met, we're going to get ours. 2 way street.
