Meh.

Slash 50 more unwanted CR2s but add back in 25 more CR9s. Anything that prolongs DCI therein prolongs their life at a DCI, they want to be here and not there.

I think a wise RJ pilot would dump every jet for a Dash 8-100 and a quick ride from there to here. We need to stop throwing DCI's fleet a lifeline but yet we keep expanding that fleet.

Makes no sense and it's 100% our fault for saying yes over and over again.

Yes and that there was a surprise ending. You will never see the 3,3.

The pay banding argument (and others:D) have been made ad nauseam only to the retorts of "But. Bigger. has. To. Pay. More. Because. They make. More. For. the. Company." NOW, you want pay banding like AAL. Why is that? And it is I that is being obtuse? Seriously Clark?

Oh, and I am very happy on the 767. Even if I could hold the 330 I have zero intention of bidding it thank you very much.

Maybe. I could also see a quick round two after a no vote with really shiny rates that takes all PS away. Also, they have changed part of the equation in determining profit. Anyone smart already disect that piece yet? I heard someone explaining it and it didn't sound good.

man this thing stinks! I find it hard to believe that anyone put they wanted all these concessions in exchange for a pretty small raise on their survey. it's almost like our contract is aligning with the regionals as far as sick time goes. The LCA bidding thing is a huge QOL hit for FO's. I could go on, but those two things are enough for my no vote. I had let my DPA card lapse, but think i'll be turning it back in now. I'm in shock by this (in a way, but not really)

Disagree. It's bad enough to be treated like a five year old (bring a note to get excused). The ability to be the overseer of our medical records with possible punitive repercussions and associated FAA legality implications is too much! Might as well ask for our tax records and meet with the IRS while we are at it. How about this, If Richard, Ed and the gang let us dig around in their deeply personal info then we have a deal? I didn't think so.

Means you can't verify a sick call using your doctor. You give Delta and their health czar permission to access all of your medical records and they will verify you were sick. No more taking the form to your doctor, having them fill it out, sign it, and fax it in. Once you are over 15 days, they will use a 3rd party company to verify your illness by accessing all of your health records.

Does any other company in the U.S. have this? I'm sure North Korea and Russian companies have the same plan, but I've not heard of any in the U.S yet.

They are going to get rid of those 50 small RJs whether you vote yes or no. Don't be fooled, they are just trying to make it looks like you are getting something out of the deal.
