I could ALMOST excuse some uninformed tech assistant working on the MEC's Facebook page from making a dumb decision to hide comments, before quickly being told to correct his error. I am truly FLABBERGASTED that given time to understand what they have done and are doing, the MEC STILL has comments hidden. Starting to understand what living in a closed society might feel like...this whole TA abortion is un-EFFING-believable!
I'm not the techie to make it happen, but I'd expect a legitimate NO on POS15 Facebook page to show up soon (and Twitter, and whatever else the kids might be using these days). |

I am disgusted beyond words. Gotta go for a run. Our current PWA is seriously better. We are about to get duped again by bringing our best checkers team. |
No vote here!

Can't wait to here DALPA sell this wonderful 1985 Yugo. The sad thing is there will probably be enough buyers.
But it's a brand new Porsche and everyone else is buying it  |
So can someone explained. The new sick says no voluntary doctors verifications. Then after 15 days sick what happens. Besides the brute squad coming for you.

Denny 14. Each time we sign off on a weaker TA (and prove labor risk is in fact off the table), giving up work rules (such as included in this TA), we reduce leverage for the next round of contract negotiations. It's kind of like negative pattern bargaining against ourselves. 15. Similarly we have witnessed the negative aspects (ie scope creep) of C2012 being used by management at other legacies to push down on their pilot contracts. This bites us later when we come to the table to bargain. Every concession we agree to hurts the entire US pilot industry. We do not live in a vacuum. There are a host of concessionary items in this TA. Why not lead the way up instead of caving and doing damage in a steep descent? We seem to be creating an emergency for ourselves.....with some unhelpful prodding from our union. |

I am disgusted beyond words. Interesting. This implies that you (and many others) expected something different. How was that expectation logical in any way? Just exactly HOW has mgmt, or the union ftm, given ANYONE justifiable, concrete cause to believe they have anything more than "zero integrity"?? These people are straight up intentionally, knowingly INSULTING the intelligence, honor, and integrity of the entire DAL pilot group. The fact that you guys are only "disgusted" vs. absolutely outraged is a very telling sign of why mgmt does not and will not take the DAL pilot group seriously. |
16. If we vote NO on this TA the company will still be in violation of our scope JV clause and we can grieve it again. That ought to be worth a percent or two! :)

This all looks like a conspiracy to extend c2012 for a long time.

Hate to admit it but C2012 looks good. Compared to this TA
