Why did they even bother....... - First Officers who will not be able to bid for 75% of LCA flying, potentially denying them certain holidays/weekends/etc off. Not to mention the staffing hit associated with that. - The effects of the JV language. Did they really exclude VA? Not to mention the other items. If this is the NC and donatelli's idea of a "historic" contract given our extreme profitability, I would -shudder- to see what their version of a concessionary contract is....... Absolute no vote. It is not even close for me. . |

Easy no for me. The JV concession was DEEP and unwarranted. The RJ concessions was to purchase flying we already own.

In my opinion, The company needs this done because they have already made a deal for a 100 seat jet. From the TA:
Company commits to adding a new small 100-seat narrow-body at Mainline by the second half of 2016 That's only one year out. Pretty fast to get a new airframe on property up and running don't you think? |
Payrates:
21.5% compounded over 3 years 3.5% margin + PS on AA rates 45.4% compounded over 6 years counting C2012 21.5% day of signing maybe. Pay rates still way too low. Will be 20% below FDX in 6 months. |
