- Inadequate pay raises that are, once again, partially funded by profit-sharing reductions. Those "payraises" alone are a No vote. And didn't donatelli say he heard us "loud and clear" that we didn't want PS touched?

- Flying that we already own, being paid for with yet another concession of additional 76-seat aircraft.

- Only 1% increase in DC, and it doesn't happen until 2017.

- Only a 15 minute increase in vacation pay, and it is no credit.

- $.05 increase in per diem?? Why did they even bother.......

- First Officers who will not be able to bid for 75% of LCA flying, potentially denying them certain holidays/weekends/etc off. Not to mention the staffing hit associated with that.

- The effects of the JV language. Did they really exclude VA? Not to mention the other items.

If this is the NC and donatelli's idea of a "historic" contract given our extreme profitability, I would -shudder- to see what their version of a concessionary contract is.......

Absolute no vote. It is not even close for me.

.

I'd actually have voted yes for the pay rates, everything else drives it to a no vote for me. Still I'm going with a 65% yes vote, hell maybe 67%

Saw what I needed to see. I think quickly.

He left early 'cause he needed to get on the propaganda campaign asap.

Worst case scenario of no profits, AA + 3.5%

Status quo, AA + 14.8%

Best case, AA + 14.8% + ?%

Very nice! Satisfies the NMB for sure. Non-variable compounded rate of 21.5%.

You need to show your work (as my wage and salary professor used to say). Did you see my question on monetizing the PS?

I am sure he is a 4th floor stooge.

Easy no for me. The JV concession was DEEP and unwarranted. The RJ concessions was to purchase flying we already own.

POS15. Reps send it back or we will.

Whatever fear we were supposed to have of the evil meanie pants NMB just left the building. I'll take our chances with the NMB any day over this POS15.

I know where you and your friends can put your non-variable.

In my opinion, The company needs this done because they have already made a deal for a 100 seat jet. From the TA:
Company commits to adding a new small 100-seat narrow-body at Mainline by the second half of 2016

That's only one year out. Pretty fast to get a new airframe on property up and running don't you think?

Commando 06-09-2015 08:38 AM

Payrates:

21.5% compounded over 3 years
3.5% margin + PS on AA rates
45.4% compounded over 6 years counting C2012

21.5% day of signing maybe. Pay rates still way too low.

Will be 20% below FDX in 6 months.

Not to mention we already own that flying 100%.

Let them cover the flying they need to cover with the 2% extra seats from 50 seaters that they can't staff anyway.

POS15. Send it back.
