Guys, Sharptool is just trolling. He is not a pilot. He is living off you responding to his posts. There isn't a pro TA 2015 pilot that would post like him.

Put him on your ignore list by doing the following.

Click on his name -> view public profile -> right under his name on the top left and gets weekends off you'll see Send Message and User Lists on the blue ribbon. Click User Lists -> and add to ignore list.

Don't have to. Been to this rodeo before. Oh, that's right, I'm not a Delta pilot. Forgot.

You can't make this **** up.

Actually I'm waiting for one of you to say "that isn't true, PS isn't guaranteed." Which I will say sure is according to everyone who says 8,0,3,3. The only way that happens is if we have over 6 billion in profit like 2014. Then they forget that the remaining 11% of PS pays out. ADD it up. AA +15%.

Can't have it both ways. Insisting profits are here forever and not account for the PS in total compensation.

If this is rejected we continue down the path, fine. Next March we have an appointment with the NMB. They will laugh when we say AA +15% just ain't enough. You better drop the crack pipe if you think an iceberg isn't part of that future.

NMB can do math boys and girls. They understand TVM as well. They really don't like Poo Monkeys who play with gasoline cans and matches.

Much worse than C2012.

You are the head DPA fund raiser and card getter.

Why would DALPA agree to a deal where the major of pilots are disgusted with them? Why would management want a deal where 99% of the pilots are unhappy?

We could have had it all.

Slides are posted on the Delta MEC Comm Facebook page. The comments are overwhelmingly negative. Who are Shinnick and Spain? Are they management or DALPA?

Has anyone here decided to vote for POS15?

Your premise is wrong. You think you're the majority. Everything that you conclude from that point forward is flawed.

They can do math and do you think they ignore the profit THE COMPANY is making. They say "those pilots are asking for to much of the profit." "If they get what they want the company can only make 5.5 billion not 6."

Do you negotiate with the NMB or with COMPANY

I'm just curious what everyone thinks the fair market value of a pilot is compensation wise? How much realistically should pilots make while taking into account not putting the company eventually in financial pain if there is an economic downturn?

M88

E190

?

Anybody know how this compares with pre 9/11 rates INCLUDING inflation?

TurbineDriver 06-09-2015 11:17 AM

Seems like everyone is so impressed with the pay rates and forgets 3% inflation every year.
