Thank you. I think that, not 100%, but most of the Captains feel the way you do. There are obviously some Captains and FOs that are willing to reduce the quality of life of others for what, I don't know.

Just saying what needs to be said.

There has to be Captains and FOs that are willing to reduce other pilots quality of life significantly or we would not have this awful TA.

Send it back and get new negotiators! To bring this to the MEC shows a complete lack of understanding of the pilot group.

You OBVIOUSLY don't know many pilots, then.

Sure. That assumes this is a one-way negotiation. In my world I realize that we are negotiating, not demanding. The company has there wants and demands just like we do. There going to get some of their requirements met, we're going to get ours. 2 way street.

Are you sarcastic or do you really like this TA?

This is good as it gets for you boys and girls. Just like last time. Whipped yourselves into a frenzy. But, wouldn't you know it, the reps and the MEC released the supporting material, then the road shows. The majority saw the sense and the value. Then you were all relegated to where you belong, the short bus.

Enjoy it while it lasts!

Are you kidding me?

Considering the amount of PS we retained, it's a solid TA.

Since you have another career as a stand up comedian, I guess you see it that way. The amount of PS we lost pays for the raises. Ed Bastian circa 2013.

The company has its NEEDS, and more than enough cash to pay for them. It has some self-induced problems that I'm under no obligation to fix for them at my/my family's own expense. The company also has a shocking arrogance (and in my opinion, ignorance) to throw $5B to Wall Street, and this POS to us. It's a sellers market, and we're in no hurry to offer discounts. Offer a fair contract and I'm happy to join forces and kick some buttox in this industry.
