I'm a first time poster. I have voted yes to every contract placed in front of me since I was hired in '98. So, my bar is low.

However, this is so underwhelming, I can't even begin to express my shock. It's an easy 'NO.'

It's normally voters like me that give you a narrow victory.

This TA is going nowhere.

I'd prefer to keep the old deal.

Fixed it for you/us...

How would captains feel if the LCA bid before the rest of the captains and then those trips were removed.

First PBS runs the LCA bids.
Then runs the CP bids with LCA trips removed.
Then runs FO trips with LCA trips removed.

I am a CA. I think it's a pretty raw deal. Just like Scope, I don't plan to throw anybody under the bus. We are all in this together.

Here is the pay outlay.

Let's stop *****ing and get busy, write your reps. Tell your brothers/sisters to write them. If they get thousands of emails, they might return this inadequate TA. Self funded pay raises, etc. are not what we should be accepting while the company is buying back $5 billion in stock. Dividends are fine. If you want to monetize profit sharing, show us the money.

What relevance does this chart have on its own, figuring pay at 83hr/mo and without considering PS changes?

All of the presentations are available on the DALPA website. Please go check them out.

Only trying to put out information so you can make your own decision.

Thanks.

My email to my Reps was short and to the point: "Vote NO early and often!"

Just my opinion, but there is no way the MEC Chairman sends this back. I was there for his opening statement. He was the loudest cheerleader in the room. Not only extolling the virtues of the agreement, but also laid the fear on pretty thick with the "best we can do" shtick.

There is no way I would vote for this agreement.

JV block hour change... NO GO
More Rj's to DCI carriers... NO GO
Director of Health Services? Access to you medical records... NO GO
(if your doctor submits verification, it goes to a company employed AME who will make a determination if you can fly again after returning from sick)
LCA trips withheld from FO's bids.... NO GO

I would vote no and any of the above. All of them combined, no brainer.
