Not sure why you asked me that question to begin with. I have not made the argument for or against the TA based on that assertion at all. It really doesn't matter whether or not I believe it is a fact or not. What matters is how I (or you) feel about the changes to our sick policy. Frankly, the potential for third party involvement worries me quite a bit. Dr Faulkner is a good man and I trust him very much. What about his replacement? It seems to me that there is no protection against a third party head hunter group, and that concerns me. That and I really don't think it wise to sign away HIPPA rights. I need more information though.

67% of it went to lawyers, legal fees and lost lawsuits last year. Questions?

No Carl. That is not the case. Everything posted has been was and is the truth of the TA as it stands today. Your incessant haranguing, harassing and bullying shuts down all opinions.
You broke three of my posts into nine. Nine separate posts and non factually shot them down with rhetoric.
Not a single fact.
Moreover, you accused me wrongly of being someone I am most definitely not. That, is lying. Plain and simple. Even when called out by a mod you pivoted to a non point.
Your post rate is maniacal. It isn't healthy.
I'm glad you feel as though you are the defender of all that is good. But the truth is, and everyone on here knows it is that you are an obsessive compulsive bully who thrives on non-fact based dissent.
Nobody here could possibly voice a positive opinion about anything in this TA because you would bully them into silence.
Have fun with your imaginary kingdom.

"This TA results in a net increase of $1.1B in total PWA value over the life of the contract. This means that Delta pilots will be earning only 13.6% more in 2018 than they are today, when the effect of all concessions are considered. Last year Delta's Pre-Tax Income (PTIX) was $4.5 billion.
In C2012, we achieved a 20% increase in overall net value over three years on the heels of $1B PTIX, with no help from the other “legacy” passenger carriers (not SWA, UPS, FDX) who were contractually below us, and Europe teetering on collapse.
Today, Delta’s profit is over $1B per quarter, the company is giving billions back to investors and the economy is much stronger overall. While the pilot group does not expect an 80% increase in net value, they certainly expected more than 13.6% over three-and-a-half years. Especially since we got a 20% increase in C2012 (over the JCBA) when the company was only 1/5th as profitable."

There is no way we should settle for this. Please vote NO.

I asked Mike D. lots of questions in a "free beer" night in ATL. He assured me profit sharing, sick leave, scope were all going to be protected in this new 2015 contract. I feel he MAY have not been honest in his answers to me. Count on my NO vote!!! If new hire means 1998, then yep, I am a new hire...
