Fixed it for you, as SD would see it.

He might be a sharp individual, but he is against us. He's not our friend and he wants to see us paid as little as possible. I'll even go as far as saying he's our enemy. We need to understand that.

I don't disagree with that... read the post I quoted- they were accusing that he doesn't fly because he's not good/sharp/scared. That's absolutely not the case.

Look at the physical condition he is in after the stress and work hours he takes on. Anyone willing to do that to himself has no compunction about screwing others for the cause.

I don't care what his piloting skills are. He is the pilot group's enemy. That presentation was insulting, and chock full of lies and half-truths. He is no different than any other airline management tool bag.

The TA discussion was pointless and not anything new. He does acknowledge the sick leave "abuse" is only by a small group they don't have the ability to target. I still think if it's within the letter of the contract, you can't call it "abuse." The profit sharing change was what others employees wanted, there was no need or reason to change profit sharing given.

The best part of the presentation by far was the network planning portion and definitely a must see. It affirms their industrial transition plan and gives incite into the business plan in the coming years. Leveraging and creating more JV and equity partnerships. A South American hub is coming. Mexico City and Shanghai will be key to business expansion in the next year or two.

So my question still stands. Why would we allow someone working against us to maintain a seniority number?

Im guessing that would have to be addressed in the pwa? of course the automatic alpa retort to your pov would be...as always....'what are you willing to give up to get that?'
