Nov numbers are out..... improved. Maybe el Nino influenced milder winter in eastern us will boost pension subsidy payment in Feb.
I've got 22.85% in the office pool....
Still doesn't come close to compensating this group for what we sacrificed to save delta.

PRASM is improving. Now near the high end of the September quarterly guidance.

I believe Richard or Ed said a month or two ago in Q&A with analysts about early PS advance question. There would not be an early PS payout this year because DAL needed to maintain $$ Billion in liquidity etc... at end of year.

Denny,
!2/1 was picked so as to not trigger a raise for the pilots. Ray Charles could see that.
The deal that the non contracts got was way mo worser than the the deal we turned down.
The good news is that we are now decoupled from the rest of the employees. I cannot image any deal good enough for us to agree to the new non contract program.

Come on fellas. Yes the 14.5% raise is effective starting on Dec.1. You all do realize that your December 15 paycheck reflects what you earned in November and that the end of the month paycheck is an advance!?! So a raise in December isn't actually paid until January 15, 2016....

The company actually put out when the raises would be seen in most of the non contracts paychecks. Some of them do hit on December 15th.
