Oh, now I get it. Our/all big time executives have all sorts of good deals and loop holes intentionally included in their contracts... and take advantage of every one of them. When workers advantage themselves of a good deal it is clearly "an abuse" that must be addressed. Finally, I get it. Duhh, sorry Ed. ?.. but wait wasn't it called a "contract?" OFG

More importantly, what are the total and complete costs of their radical million fleet type model, churn, training bubbles, and yes, OE trip drops that it causes LOL!
There is no justification for concessions at this time. We gave at the office already, many many times. If they want something to "address their needs" we need to first get a home run all win contract that puts us above UAL with zero concessions, and then they can come, item by item, to us for LOA/MEMRAT consideration. I doubt they will be able to afford vary many concessions in that case, which is why they prefer the fuzzy math/fog of war strategy that calls PS trade offs and future COLA's as "raises"
