Are you REALLY that daft??? You are a pilot already. Making money. This program is for people who barely have any hours, and are probably never going to become a professional pilot on their own. But if they show the inclination, and are willing to put forth the effort, Delta will assist them. What is wrong with that? You will NEVER compete with them.

They do so every day, and have for years. Don’t you think every pilot at DL today once had 100 hours, and worked hard to get where they are now? Some were lucky, some got there thru hard work and perseverance.
The same way they do at JB, AA, UA, etc. “Pilot pathways” are just another carrot, targeting a different portion of the employee market.
