Retired Marine pilot, just testing the waters of airline jobs. Thanks for making my decision for me, what a bunch of whiney panty wasted turds. Complaining about uniform policy for non-rev and what airframe you get out of training? I’m not one of those military pilots who thinks they are better than anyone or entitled to anything I haven’t earned but frankly most of you “pilots” here are disgusting little children. I wouldn’t share a cockpit with 95% of you cry baby losers.
Or you can come join the “cry baby losers”, where believe it or not, most of our big problems have been resolved by our hard working union. As demonstrated here, most of what is left to complain about is the (relative) small stuff.
But please, by all means, don’t let my reasoning slow you down. If you aren’t willing to unite with the rest of the pilot group to focus on maintaining or improving our benefits and work rules, we’d rather not have you.

If you really are a military guy... (which with that first post you're probably a troll from another regional's management trying to drive recruiting there) then you should know pilots like to complain. That's true military and civilian.
If you've got something to complain about I'd prefer it was comfort plus seats and not getting junior manned into work on your kids birthday.
But that's me.

That does make sense, however, its the opposite position stated by management. You doing damage control or do you just know what HR and senior managers REALLY want?

I just asked TW in recurrent last month and he said growth was planned for fall 2019. And I know the class numbers for October. The rest is just inferred.

Keep in mind classes run every two weeks. Roughly 20-25 per month the past few, ramping up to 40+ next month from what I'm hearing. I would not be surprised to see the 60 again early 2019 to meet whatever growth plan the leaders have up their sleeves.
I'm also hearing rumblings of Delta hiring picking up again soon. Everyone have their DGI apps in yet? Or are we still collectively holding out hope our reps will score something better from mainline?

Today was my turn to DH on mainline, The gate agent followed the new “policy” to the letter, and sure enough, my self and my FO both sat all the way in the back of the airplane, Even with open seats on EC and FC, all this, while other airline Crewmembers sat on better seats, and mainline guys on FC.
I can honestly say I felt discriminated against, It was the first time I felt this bad just because I work at Endeavor.
This has to change, it is unacceptable!
