Maybe you’re not cut out for this. Skywest is hiring, and they are not unionized.
Well stop your crying and go get elected. The only thing I'd elect you for would be to draw the short straw somewhere.

Yeah sorry auto correct. I mean min guarantee of 75 hours even if they hold you a line with less than that?

Isn’t that a win then? Still make min guarantee anyway and you have 40-50 hours up your sleeve to pick up OT before hitting your 100 in 28 day limit? All while being a line holder being able to trip trade etc

My understanding is that if your line is under 75 hours credit you will be built a composite line which includes reserve days to get you up to 75.

Contract gurus will call me a child and correct me and then tell me to go to Mesa in a few min if I’m wrong, so just standby

What? No. Just... No.

If you'd been here longer than three days you'd know that earlier this year, many lines in NY were built with just a couple trips. Trust me, people were NOT assigned reserve to "get them" up to 75 hours of credit...

Ya know, PSA's MEC just put out a memo saying how their management is identifying those who are posting things on social media which could be construed to violate the RLA, and intends to discipline them, potentially to the point of termination. Now, they're talking about that with non-probationary pilots. As others have highlighted, you're a probationary pilot. Trust me, if the company identifies you, they will likely fire you based on your commentary, and it won't matter how directly or indirectly (or not at all) your comments violated the RLA.

FC-RJ, AA is planning on increasing the number of flows from their wholly owned, maybe it's better for you to go there now, so you don't have to worry about reserve time.
