Aforementioned contract issues aside, I think the majority of people on this planet would look forward to getting paid to sit in a reclining armchair for 8 hours with headphones and decent WiFi, even if snoring can be heard over one’s Netflix program. Personally, I’d rather fly, but I certainly would have preferred the reclining armchair over many of the jobs I’ve held in the past.
Inconvenient, yes, worthy of an OSHA complaint, no.

Reserve rules are much better than they were years ago. Still some room for improvements but much better than it was. Now commuting to reserve still blows and our long call isn't good enough in most commuter's case (there is a danger window if called). Anyway I'm hoping some guys take this TOWOP so there might be some opentime to grab this winter.

Do NOT sit more than 10 days RR. It’s a blatant contract violation and CS has no right to do it to you. Reject the notification, explain to CS the issue, and get it on the tapes. File the grievance after they take you off. They tried to do this to me when I finished OE a couple months ago
