What? No. Just... No.
If you'd been here longer than three days you'd know that earlier this year, many lines in NY were built with just a couple trips. Trust me, people were NOT assigned reserve to "get them" up to 75 hours of credit...
Ya know, PSA's MEC just put out a memo saying how their management is identifying those who are posting things on social media which could be construed to violate the RLA, and intends to discipline them, potentially to the point of termination. Now, they're talking about that with non-probationary pilots. As others have highlighted, you're a probationary pilot. Trust me, if the company identifies you, they will likely fire you based on your commentary, and it won't matter how directly or indirectly (or not at all) your comments violated the RLA.

I’m pretty sure the company knows who I am if they actually monitor this, I’ve talked to RE and TW at the same time of complaining about a lot of these issues and I’ve damn near identified myself already by saying certain things. Like I said before they’ve been very helpful and haven’t really threatened me like a lot of the friendly pilots on here. You guys are a lot more friendly in person if you actually work at 9e

Ahh darn, that’s how it was at my old gig. Thanks for the correction though.

Now you charge forward into a worst case scenario everyone is warning you about. To what end? Do you think if you dance around acting like an idiot to prove management won't come after you we'll be impressed? You're a powder keg.
This whole thing isn't gonna work out for you, if you're trying to hasten your departure at least do the smart thing and have another job lined up first before they fire you.

Its amazing how you can be wrong all the time, predict yourself to be wrong, and yet still jump up first to let everyone know you're completely unreliable for any information.

Look, I’m not dancing around or trying to prove anything to anyone. Like I’ve said before, endeavor is a great company to work for if you’re looking for industry leading pay, a great pilot group, and great work rules. But do NOT come here to build flight time quickly, because you will sit reserve in NYC with very little flying. That’s just a fact. If companies are going to start firing people for that kind of reasonable criticism, I think it would set a bad precedent and from talking to TW and RE they’re not the type of guys to try to connect dots to someone on a forum like this to “get revenge” or make a point about issues that they’re aware of and working on.
But you can think what you think. You specifically have insulted me on here more than I can count, so I’m sorry for whatever nerve I struck on you.

My guess is the OP is used to playing the victim card most of his/her life and it makes him/her feel better to constantly complain regardless if his/her situation changes for the better.
As Alfred said, “Some people just want to watch the world burn.” I think there’s no satisfying the OPs gripes. He/she is convinced they are right and without fault.

For those thinking of coming here and hoping to immediately fly a lot, well, it's fair to say that may not happen.
But, for what it's worth, I can assure you that Management, Sim Instructors, Chief Pilots, Crew Scheduling and others that I have surely forgot, have been nothing less than honest and professional.
Overall I'd say this is a really good company to work for. Everything isn't perfect though, just like its pilots.
For those that choose to come here though, a good attitude and a little patience will likely go a long way.

This is a great place to come, true or false? Answer, maybe. SkyWest is a great place to come, true or false? Answer, maybe. Piedmont is a great place to come, true or false? Answer, maybe. A great place for one person is a lousy place for someone else. It's all about perspective, what are your priorities? Do you want to avoid East coast bases, go to Horizon or Compass. Do you want a huge choice in bases all over the country and 2 different fleet options, go to SkyWest. Do you want a guaranteed flow to American somewhere within a decade, go to one of the AA owned regionals. Do you want top regional pay while probably not having to fly much if you don't (and even if you do) want to as long as you are willing to put up with New York for potentially a long time or have to wait a long time to upgrade to minimize time in NYC, go to Endeavor. The time to get to Endeavor for super fast upgrades has passed for now, that doesn't make it a bad place unless that's your top goal. SkyWest may provide faster upgrade and more bases, but they do it at the expense of compensation. If top pay is your priority, SkyWest isn't for you.
The same things can be said about American, United, Southwest, Delta, FedEx, Spirit, Frontier, ect.
Personally I don't see near the incentive to come here today that there was in 2015, but I am not in the position of looking at what regional to come to. If I were, my priorities would lead me elsewhere, but where I'm at within this regional right now isn't all that bad, especially compared to just about the entire path I took getting to this point. For someone with different priorities and starting out today, this may be the best place to go. I mean even ExpressJet managed 2 new hires and it's no secret what's been going on there.
