I wouldn't call it "delays in training" at Republic but rather "longer training footprint for Initials": You know from Indoc what the footprint is and that after Indoc you are about 1 months home before going for Systems then about 1 month home before starting sim.

Daily departures are down more than 30%. From busiest months.
We’re still hiring but growth is now delayed until later 2019.
