There's no way they will actually flow in 24 mos, since their seniority number has to be up. Since DL is only taking 25 9E pilots per month, and we have about 1950 pilots, the new guys can (hopefully) do the math.

But Captains aren’t on reserve for more that a month or two - unless you bid for it.

Ok thanks, understand , I worded that wrong. I understood it as company longevity not bidding seniority etc. just curious if it was the whole package or just pay rate. thank you very much for the reply
