Its your life, and it’s a one man sport. You gotta do what makes you the most happy. No one will raise many red flags for doing something that will help your family and improves your life.
Bouncing around from airline to airline to airline, chasing a bonus, or having training issues is what raises flags.

I recommend at least consolidating first.

Are Recruitment Events Worth It?
Hopeful to join the ranks in these next few months. I was wondering, did you find recruitment events to be helpful in getting an interview/CJO at 9E? I was thinking of going to Sun n Fun in hopes of getting my name/face out there with the recruitment team (or if they are doing on-the-spot interviews like the majors were at WAI). Unfortunately, Sun n Fun is on the opposite side of the country. Would you consider it worth the expense to try my luck or are they not really going to have much information that isn't available online?

Flow
Can anyone explain the flow. Company is saying two years once your a captain. Does that mean no matter what in two years you flow to delta at their earliest class date? Are there stipulations to the flow? I can’t seem to find any information on this.

They mean after 2 years as a CA you're eligible to flow. Doesn't mean you will as you will be waiting in line by senority number. Company worded that terribly and possibly on purpose on their direct entry captian advertising

It's false advertising without directly lying. They'll be "eligible" by the definition of meeting the requirements of the LOA (24 mos as CA). There's no way they will actually flow in 24 mos, since their seniority number has to be up. Since DL is only taking 25 9E pilots per month, and we have about 1950 pilots, the new guys can (hopefully) do the math.
