Lol, now days that could mean a lot of different things. Probably going to have to call it a junior assignment consistently from now on as to not offend the sensitive. But basically when they’re looking for someone to cover a flight they start calling the most junior

Why you should never answer the phone from the company on your day off. In almost 6 years it's only happened once to me and basically they offered me 200% first and then kind of implied it would be a junior man if I didn't take the offer. So I took it. They try and do it as little as possible here. They'll throw money at as many people as possible first

Never answer the phone from the company during trips either unless you’re on reserve. Only legal notification options are direct contact by a company representative or ACARS. Way too many people let the company treat them like ready reserves during sits at the hubs.
