It's only free money if you're flowing by the end of the year. It's only free money if you're planning on retiring at edv at the age of 65...it's only free money if you have a cjo for delta from an ots hire but can't leave til the summer because they are metering dci cjos.
If you don't follow under any of those then it's not free...and you're throwing away more money at another airline if you take it.

Hey look! RE thinks we should wait for the 20 a month flow or 5 a month OTS because, well, some of those other carriers don’t have the strongest balance sheets.
So it looks like it will be open season on Delta Connection pilots for any carrier not named Delta…
Meanwhile, people holding Delta CJOs are getting leapfrogged by non DC pilots. Wasn’t this what Delta thought would discourage pilots from applying?
