Governs their pay, workrules, and protection, not who they can hire.

Management needs an LOA with DALPA to seat lock the 9E pilots in the CRJ 900 if there was a staple, otherwise it creates 4000 training events.

Sure, and they can sign our contract first. We might have a few other demands too.

This place (and it’s pilot group) looks more and more like Comair 2.0 everyday…

I would describe Endeavor's issues as the exact polar opposite of Comair.

Only in that Delta would rather shut us down than merge or staple (or give advanced seniority)

This is largely false and has been confirmed by Endeavor, 9E ALPA, dalpa, Delta, and all associated lawyers. Delta can HIRE whomever they want but but contract the seniority list belongs to dalpa as it should be. If you need convincing ask your reps.

The only way that deal was going to get done is with dalpa. They've said that from the beginning like 2 years ago and this shouldn't be news

No. Comair was a separate company, with separate management, with a separate agenda from Delta.

Endeavor is Delta.

That is objectively incorrect. Want to remind us who Comairs CEO was when they were shut down and what his job was afterwards?
