Hey all. Hoping to help get the thread back on track. I’m wondering what opinions of the timeline of this could be. Seems like all eyes (if any) are on Atlanta to waive a staple shaped wand. In upgrade @ edv with 1.5-2 years to flow and want DL. Not sure I’m gonna be able to stand sitting here till number is called with thousands of OAL regional guys sitting in class a month after submitting their apps.

Delta and Endeavor Management opposed the Flow , Retention money and higher payrates on every level . It didn’t matter. They had to do it . They will staple /absorb if they have to . Who knows what crazy happening or event is coming down the pike next to shake things up more .

It’s not that unlikely. Endeavor keeps shrinking and the regional model continues to not be very efficient. It would just go back full circle to the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s . Would be nothing new .

The amount of Delta Air Line pilots with DWI’s has probably tripled after the Endeavor “flow” was initiated. Why not staple the list to the bottom and quadruple the DWI’s for the heck of it.
