I do have one question... Is it true that by your recently ratified contract when a 5year FO upgrades to captain, he goes back to year one captain pay?

If that is true, then all I can say is... Wow, you really did wh0re yourselves out and set a new low. Congratulations and thanks for the screw job!

Why not wait till you get the answer to your question first, before you leash out that gem?

With that said, the answer is irrelevant. 85% of 9E pilots managed to buckle at cheap, common scare tactics by union and management. The bar was indeed set at a new low.

Actually, you have to pay the company for all your training costs and hotel then you can start at year 1 pay.

Hope it comes to your airline!

Just doing our part to spread the misery!

No, they were able to save longevity for upgrade. But why are you talking about 5 year upgrades when 7 year guys are getting downgraded? Excluding Colgan of course!

Look again, there are some going back to about 9 years. Jan 05 hires being cut.

did you really just answer your own question, which has been answered several times yet perpetuated by morons like you, with a completely hypothetical untrue answer? If so, congratulations on sounding like a spoiled 2 year old.

But the hotel and training part is true. You have to pay 10k for upgrade, 3 year training contract.

Have any former Pinnacle pilots actually been downgraded?

Hockey, yes a year or two ago. And if this latest bid stands, several more in a month or 2.
