Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
Helpful, but to speak to your point, riding the 200 in a junior base until you meet company mins, when the lines are shrinking and the options are slim for a decent schedule will be a rough 8 months or so. Would be better to have the option to move to the 900 in the junior base so you can gain time faster.

Although we will probably have to implement a direct captain program, I don’t think the market share will invest in that. Namely because of the domiciles offered. Who the eff would direct into reserve in LGA or NYC as a whole? Very few. Expect more goose eggs from motherland.

But it's not 2 years to the interview; it's 2 years to being eligible for the interview. Then it's subject to metering (max X% of each delta class can be from DGI, Endeavor can give up max Y pilots per month, etc.)
Edit: here we go with the actual quote:
http://www.endeavorair.com/documents/Endeavor_Air-DGI_Program_FAQ.PDF
"4. Number of DGIP Interviews
a. Endeavor will submit an average of twelve (12) eligible pilots to Delta each month
for interviews at a minimum under the DGI program, subject to the following:
i. Delta must be offering new hire pilot positions; and
ii. The number of DGs will not exceed 30% of the interviews Delta is offering in any
given month; and
iii. The DGI commitment will be measured on December 31st of each year the
program is in place; and
iv. The number of DGIs may be reduced by Endeavor if the total number of CJOs to
Delta in any given calendar year is projected to exceed 20% of the total number of
active status Captains at Endeavor."

If they have to meter, will they send eligible pilots to the interview in seniority order? Or will it go strictly in the order of when they upgraded?
