I'll be about 60 hours shy of 121.436 requirements and 1000 company time when the bid closes, but should have more than enough hours by the earliest class date. Am I eligible to upgrade or do I have to wait until I have the 1000? 24-C-2 in the contract makes it sound like I can be awarded but I thought there was something saying they can't project time on the FAR minimum.

I frequently have that problem with Chrome. Edge works fine, but I hate Edge.

Thanks, I would’ve thought they would just call it New York with the Co Domicile coming. I’m not sure when the change over occurs. This is kinda pointing to after this vacancy is done

Not necessarily, they have to be awarded something now, and "NYC" doesn't exist yet. If somebody just requires a base change it could be rather immediate depending on move dates.

I believe I heard in the past that the cobase wouldn't even require a vacancy, simply one month JFK+LGA=NYC
