Just got a ups notification that something was coming from Geiger Corporate Solutions. Got a little spooked and trapped in the hotel today so I called the, to figure out what I supposedly bought from them.
After a half hour of digging they finally saw that it was something sent TOme not that I had ordered. “Do you work for an airline?” Ah....ok. So what are we getting sent? New lanyards? A strap to hold our hats on?

2 new hire classes of 31=62/month, not sure what the wash out rate is, but we will say 12 for simple math purposes. 50 in with only a net gain of 15, where are the other 35ish going? I know some are off to Delta, others going to other Majors, LCC's, or bailing?

Can’t give you the specifics, but it’s not always 60 a month. Between training failures, people leaving for OAL while in training, and attrition off the line, the 15 I mentioned has been fairly steady since January 2015-2017.
The new seniority list just came out, and integrating those numbers, the monthly average has dropped to 11 per month. 385 people in 3 years.
