Don’t expect a lot when you contact scheduling and the station chief pilot. I emailed them at the 80 day point and got told “don’t worry about it, scheduling will take care of it”. Found out later that means an almost automatic push to 150 days. The pool of LGA 900 FOs that are approaching 120 days without CKS is getting bigger by the week. There are many I know that finished LOE at end of August that are still waiting to get CKS priority. FWIW, the crew resource report in Flica shows who on reserve is tagged for CKS.

Fair, but when I can be pulling $90+ an hour next year to not sit in the pattern, I know what I'll choose!

Thanks for the clarity.
It appears so. Like someone said when the announcement was made, I’ll believe it when I see it.

There will be a memo later with more details. But yeah that's the rub. Delta active employees then us.

This is just me pulling stuff out of my third point of contact, so take it for what it’s worth...

I am guessing we will see something like a S3A code, which will be for non-revving in uniform only, to put us ahead of the S3B retirees and S3B1 regular non-revving for us. Or some other “special” code to indicate we are working, not just non-revving for pleasure.

With everyone jumping ship in NYC from 200 to 900 what’s the movement look like right now for people sticking with the deuce?

It's really a roll of the dice. There's not much talk going on right now about the 200s. Three were supposed to be parked yesterday but that didn't happen and there is nothing on the proverbial board suggesting the next three are even leaving. It's really a mystery.

You’re a flight instructor man. What do you tell your students when they ask you something policy or aircraft related? Do you spoon feed them? Cause honestly, it’s not that hard to find

I never said I thought the CEO was making anything up, but knowing the influence delta retirees have on this sort of thing I was a bit skeptical when I initially heard it on here

And yes I am
