Since we already have over 90 parked why would we give anything right now. Wait for this to settle out and see the hopeful recovery insight and then agree to something when those airplanes would be projected to come back online.

Read my above post about not giving anything. Furloughs can’t happen for another 6 months anyway.

so in your mind 35 aircraft equals only 350 pilots flow down but I’d have to see how it is written. The way everyone talks about it sounds like Delta gets pilot furloughed they come to Endeavor with no set number. Only set number is 35 aircraft to be parked but I don’t see or haven’t heard 350 is the max to flow down.

There’s no direct relationship between the 35 RJs and the number of jobs offered to Delta furloughees. In fact, the only limiting number in the Compass LOA is 90% of Compass pilot slots were to be reserved for flow downs.
All the LOA says is if Compass ceases to exist then Delta has to find a replacement for potential furloughed mainline pilots or permanently park 35 RJs. Yes, they are most likely currently in compliance. As long as they are parked this isn’t an issue as far as I can tell. If traffic picks back then it could get contentious as mainline will be required to find someone to replace Compass with respect to this LOA. Does that mean the entire LOA as written is required to be agreed to by the DCI carrier? I have no idea and that’s my biggest question right now.

We have a Bridge Agreement for a minimal number of aircraft over the next several years. If they were to flush the entire Endeavor group, most of us would go on paid leave for several years. That's why that's likely not going to happen. In fact, as I posted before, the cheapest option if DALPA holds Delta to those flow down terms, would be to staple and flush Endeavor, that way they don't have to buy out the Bridge Agreement for hundreds of millions.
