Did anyone in the Sept/Oct/Nov flow classes get their aircraft and base awards yet?

What are the odds of them using this as the reason to shrink us, get rid of the 200s, and go down to the minimum fleet guarantee? I find NJs comments about "What are Delta's plans for 9E" concerning. I'm not worried about NJ, I'm worried about what dirty tricks Delta has up their NDA protected sleeves.

I second this. The min the lcc I interviewed with gives me a cjo (made it to phase 2) I'm out. Those words concerned me a bit. Now that could be a good thing and everyone just becomes delta in a way with senority...but it's anyone's guess.

Believing DL seniority numbers will be given to 9E pilots is delusional, they just want to keep you here for as long as they Can while hiring everyone else from other regionals and LCCs. Flow calculator is a joke, 2000-250 on protection that’s more than 7 years to flow for a new hire. You could be making A320 Captain money 7 years from now at a Major or flow to DL in 2030 and be junior forever. RUN

I think the real proof is if they offer the higher pay rates while working on this supposed seniority. But you are spot on that if it’s just a pipe dream they are trying to sell regarding seniority to keep people here or string along , I don’t think people will buy it without some additional interim financial backing . Also they talked about bumping up the flow numbers . How could they possibly do this as we are imploding as it is due to lack of Captains and LCA.

A rudderless ship floundering in the Atlantic on a dark April night.

Not quite.
9E moves forward. Flow honored. 900s to Delta. 700s and 200s stay.
Rumor only. Heard it from a guy I flew with who has a cousin who has a sister that works at an Atlanta law firm.

Nahhh, can't confirm it unless the source is a first year FA or ramper. Either way, we're screwed unless management opens up Delta's wallet soon. Then again, maybe they want us to be screwed.
