Remember it’s not only how many we’re losing, but how many we are hiring. We are going to get hit on both ends. I can’t believe that management is that blind. They want to “shrink the airline” oh there going to alright, more then they imagined.

YEP... Shrinkage, here we come. I can't see a way that we're going to keep up with things as they currently stand.

So since it's gonna take 5-7 months to get anything...if we do. And if we do it's going to be nowhere near the AA WO since delta isn't as reliant on regional flying. What happens first....a deal or our ISL dips below 1000 pilots?

I think there will be *some* sort of deal before we go sub-1,000 but probably a fairly underwhelming one that won't have much effect. Once people really start stampeding for the exit, it'll take a lot to turn that momentum around.

It took 23000 a year in bonuses to turn things around last time there was a mass exodus which was groundbreaking at the time. Who knows if they will be able to do anything to turn the momentum around this time given the major differences in the hiring market. I don’t think anything short of a seniority number will fix their self imposed problem

Based on everything I think our management is aware of the issue. It's daddy D that's not willing to respond. I'm wondering how mainlines negations will impact us.
