Not necessarily. They use all three for all stages of training. I was at the Towneplace the entirety of my training

Best Western or Townplace if you end up going to Phoenix for the sims. I believe their changing hotels from the Best Western though.

I'm not a huge company cheerleader, but...

Regardless of the DGI, the retention bonus and upgrade time I think make it heck of an option.

I would tend to agree. 9E was the only regional I applied to for these reasons as well as the low cost of living generally available in the MSP and DTW areas.

That would be the second-lowest-ranking reason I would have listed for coming to Endeavor. Right above base choice.

I'd say the pay of $53-56k first year, 24 month upgrade, and healthy fleet would be enticing. But if you're also looking at long term career, Delta seems like the best option...therefore, Endeavor's DGI Program gets you a guaranteed interview above all other contract carriers. Seems decent...but four years from now, they may have one of those fancy "F" things in place. Get in now while the getting is good!

ha ha ahhhhahh ahhahahh ahahh ahahha.... Flip a coin, then flip it again. If you picked correct both times, give it a shot. If you want a regional that actually pays a livable wage for a young kid fresh out of school (no family obligations and just school debt) or a separating military pilot looking for fresh flight time. It's a great place. If you are hoping to come here and be at a major in 6 months (without the career military background) Go to one of the American regionals, and wait a decade.
