Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

I'd say the pay of $53-56k first year, 24 month upgrade, and healthy fleet would be enticing. But if you're also looking at long term career, Delta seems like the best option...therefore, Endeavor's DGI Program gets you a guaranteed interview above all other contract carriers. Seems decent...but four years from now, they may have one of those fancy "F" things in place. Get in now while the getting is good!

Overall, Endeavor has become one of the best places to go to, all other things being equal. I'd still probably pick a couple other places IF IF IF I lived in base there, if not, then nope, come here. Everyone has their own priorities and needs to assess based on them. If you are looking for a REGIONAL that is near the top in compensation and at least offers a coin flip to join Delta in the next 4-5 years, this is a great place. IF you want to work at American, as of today, go to one of their 3 regionals ( no idea which is best ). If you want to work anywhere else besides American, this is probably still the best as the movement is still happening for new hires (and looks to continue for some time with a couple hundred FO's still to go to class at Delta) and I could only dream of getting paid what we've accomplished here when I was a new hire.

DGI Eligibility Requirements. In order to participate in the DGI program, an eligible pilot under Paragraph 1 above must, at the time his name is submitted to Delta for a DGI, comply with the following:
A. Meet all of Delta’s established objective hiring criteria and requirements in place at the time the interview is offered and complete all applicable forms, paperwork or other application processes required by Delta of other applicants...

So, no chance at this time. Maybe... and that's a big maybe... In 4-5 years it'll be different...

ha ha ahhhhahh ahhahahh ahahh ahahha.... Flip a coin, then flip it again. If you picked correct both times, give it a shot. If you want a regional that actually pays a livable wage for a young kid fresh out of school (no family obligations and just school debt) or a separating military pilot looking for fresh flight time. It's a great place. If you are hoping to come here and be at a major in 6 months (without the career military background) Go to one of the American regionals, and wait a decade.

The guy I did my 900 transition course didn't have a four year degree and got hired first try. Great guy and I am sure he crushed the interview though.
