I can't show you. Just telling you what was said in November recurrent. Don't shoot the messenger. They called it "smoothing the pay rates." If you don't believe me ask them to explain pay rate smoothing to you and then do the math. It's a pay cut.

That's funny, I was there in November, too, and never heard anything along those lines. Quite the opposite, in fact.

I was in tower C and thought I heard the union say that no one who has been here 12 years or less would take a paycut and that in exchange they were looking at extending the contract past 2020

I like how Ed Bastion says in that video that we are the Gold Standard among all the Delta Connection carriers. What does that public statement say about the performance level of all the other DCI carriers?

I wonder what kind of reaction that video is generating in the leadership at those companies?

Reserve has drastically improved compared to a couple years ago. Ready reserve Can get frustrating. There is no hierarchy for reserves, meaning if you are senior and wanted to bid reserve for a month, you probably will sit ready reaserve just as much as a new hire. NY is experimenting without it, so we shall see.

I dislike the 11 days off and all the ready reserve. 13 days off min and plz less ready reserve.
