so we go 100 days without a controllable cancellation, is it time to start asking for more? pre bankruptcy pay rates? its a pilots game considering we are seeing most of the regionals "trying to pay" with a carrot.

Some companies may ask what the deciding factor was and then, if possible, they can address that factor therefore making themselves more attractive to the next applicant.

Good luck with whichever company you decide works best for you.
Some people forget that an interview is not a one way street. The applicant should be interviewing the company also. This is the reason, just about every interview. A company rep always ask the applicant "Do you have any questions for us" at the end of the interview.

You guys know there is a private forum which relatively competent individuals will accurately answer some of your questions, right.

Good deal, glad to have you on board. Management seems to have a good plan all the way down to the background functions that most pilots would likely find boring, but are important to the company.

Maybe the company thought it was disrespectful to be positive spaced up. Provided lunch. Provided a hotel. Then turned down because of something that should have been researched first.

Let's reverse the roles. What if endeavor didn't offer him the job because they thought he was not a good fit, then would it be disrespectful of endeavor to bring him out for an interview when they had a basic idea of what he was like based on his application? I don't think there's anything wrong with going to interview realizing the job isn't it for you. You don't know the whole story.
