Depends on your base/aircraft. 1 month probably for 200, 2-3 months for 900.

If you want to come to Endeavor, hurry up. This place has about 6 months of movement left in the tank. At that point, all current pilots who have CJO's will be on their way to Delta. DGI you may ask! Well you need to be an Endeavor captain for two years in order to interview with Delta along with a 4 year degree. DGI interviews won't even be conducted for at least two more years!

I hope their next Idea is better then the DGI.............Just my opinion but the younger guys are not like most of us. Pay your dues and suck it up flying Props and then jets and then do everything possible to get on at a mainline. I think the main problem is people want to come in and have a guaranteed path to a major not a flip a coin invitation.

I think the biggest problem with DGI is, anyone likely to be picked up in the DGI process by Delta is just as likely to get picked up somewhere else, before the DGI happens.

At least 1.5 years of SSP CJO holders left. Then shortly after the DGI, which has no holdback. So movement for the foreseeable future. But yes hurry, the sooner in the sooner out. If you are good at interviewing.
