I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that is not accurate...as a Guard guy I'm used dropping in and out of "active" company service. This is different than working on X day.

That's nice of them since that completely ruined any shot at making any of the monthly performance bonuses that we've been making for better than a year now. Hopefully things can get straightened out soon.. it's still a bit of a mess across the Delta system (must be commuter hell)

Not sure if that was sarcasm, but because of the ripple effects of that event, the performance bonus metrics won't be met. It was the performance bonus that was budgeted some time ago.
