Yes and no. There is a merger policy, and its pretty open ended. Basically if you agree to go down that road, many things can happen. That's really tempting from a regional POV, because once you start down that road, theoretically a staple is the floor and anything else is a bonus so go for it! :roll eyes:

That's why it'll never happen unless and until a staple is pre-agreed to.

In some cases you're correct. But in true English grammar application, the period can go after or before depending on the context. In my case I chose to use correct contextual placement of the period which would be outside of the quote.

I believe they are all co-owned and so every place in C/D that serves coffee, you can acquire for a cool buck.

If you're right then they're doing more for aviation safety than FAR117.
