Ok so to answer your question, at 9E you are taxed based upon your permanent address base does not matter. If you live in Atlanta and you commute to JFK or LGA you pay taxes (via pay stub) in Atlanta. Only NY taxes you pay are when you are there. Sorry for the confusion.

Almost 100% correct you will pay NYSDI which is like $2.00 a check but he is right

FL and Washington state come to mind. Also looks like the company is going to try no ready reserves for JFK 900. Should be interesting

TN has no state tax. 9.75% sales tax locally but varies a bit across the state.

SD

Sales tax varies from city to city and counties. My town is 6% in town and 4% outside of town. My F350 crew cab cost about $90 a year to register.
