So what’s the total first year comp...a bit over $80k first year for a new-hire from another airline? Possibly bumping up to around $90k if you could switch to captain around the 6-month mark?

First year Capt pay is 68.00 and 65.00. 2nd year is 70.00 and 68.00. so second year pay would be close to 70,000

CA pay isn't based on what equipment you fly, it's based on your seniority. There were originally 3 pay bands when the concept originated with the BK TA- Pay Band A, B, and C. There is no longer an A pay band, only B and C. When you upgrade, you will be on the B pay rates. As of Oct 1st, the top 486 pilots on the seniority list are on the C pay band. As we take delivery of more 175s, the number of pilots on the C pay band actually grows somewhat. If you go onto the company into Flight Bid & Crew Info and look under Bidding Resources, you will see a link for CA Pay Rates. That link will show pay rates for "Small RJ", "Medium RJ" and "Large RJ". Small RJ rates are pay band B and Medium & Large RJ are pay band C. There are also links to see which CAs are on each pay band.
