Details? Only details he has is pertaining to the school house raises. It'll match what Endeavor is getting. The raises for line pilots is still a few months or more away..so no details yet. But I imagine it'll also match Endeavor at a minimum.
By 'school house' are you referring to new hires or instructors or recruiters or all of the above? I didn't think is was permissable to give a portion of the pilot group a different wage rate the another part?

He is talking about instructor/check airmen. The wage rate will remain the same but the credited hours per month could change.

Well..half the enchilada anyway. School House boys are getting the raise first. Line grunts sometime early next year.

Join me in a toast. Now excuse me while I go make some bad decisions at the local Fuzzy Taco.
Dude, you definitely make me want to tune in at least every couple of days to see what comedic entertainment is in store as the Envoy adventure continues.

Doesn't the school house get 95 hr/month as is. I don't see how they can pay them more of an hourly wage than a line pilot. If so, time too decertify ALPA.

I actually got the quote to switch from GEICO to Metlife, GEICO where I'm insured alone is double what its going to cost to insure my wife and myself at Metlife. I'm signing up.

If they're going to match EDV, it's only an extra 5 hours a month. The EDV TA pays instructors 100 hrs/month vs our 95. Now, pair that monthly credit with new pay rates, and then we'd be in business.

I'm a cfi trying to decide where to go, I have 1400 and although I like the idea of the flow at Envoy because I have no degree, I do firmly believe this will not be a factor in a few years with all the retirements.
With that said, I'm not sure if go to envoy for the bonus or Endeavor for their new TA. Tough decision, what do you guys recommend.

Whatever endeavor does Envoy and any other Wholly Owned will follow suit paywise.

Go with which ever has a base you can drive to.

Envoy (Flow), is my opinion, is going to be the ticket because I still believe that not having a degree limits the doors that will open for some....over time that has always been the tie breaker
